Hosmer School
1 Concord Road
Watertown, Mass.
Year Built: 1898
Charles Brigham likely submitted a design for this school building but it was not accepted. The design by Alberto F. Haynes was selected. The article reads,
"In response to a general invitation sent out by the committee to the architects of Watertown, four architects presented plans, in competition, for the proposed new school building, and those of Mr. A.F. Haynes were finally accepted."
While there is no evidence that Brigham submitted a design, it is highly likely, as he competed for both public and private building commission is this his home town.
No plans are known to exist.
