Sturgis & Brigham likely altered Arthur Hunnewell’s townhouse at 273 Clarendon Street in 1872. There was a reference to a payment of $200 made by him to Sturgis & Brigham on October 5, 1872. It is unclear what comprises this alteration and whether it is extant.
Hunnewell is listed in the 1872 Boston Directory as living on Clarendon Street near Beacon Street. Further research revealed that he lived at 273 Clarendon Street.
