Thornton K. Lothrop Alterations

25 Commonwealth Avenue
Boston, Mass.

Year Built: 1872

Sturgis & Brigham likely altered Thornton K. Lothrop’s townhouse at 25 Commonwealth Avenue in 1872. There was a reference to a payment of $750 made by him to Sturgis & Brigham on September 21, 1872. It is unclear what comprises this alteration and whether it is extant.

Lothrop lived in this house from ca. 1867 until ca. 1875.
