John Hubbard Sturgis may have begun drawings for hardy for his house on Brimmer Street. Charles Brigham was sending to Sturgis lot dimensions and was planning on sending some idea of what Hardy wanted for his house. Soon after Brigham sent the lot dimensions, he reported that Hardy was put off by the high price of labor and materials.
