Harry Burnham House

12-14 Ladd Street
Watertown, Mass.

Year Built: 1904

Built in 1904. This house was numbered 6-8 Ladd Street prior to May 31, 1912. Interestingly, this is a double house, yet sports an unusual gambrel roof. Since the houses is artificially sided, it is unclear what the original siding material is and what detail is still present. This house may be an innovative fusion of various design elements.
