No picture is known to exist of this house. Currently the Super Eight Motel at the corners of Arsenal and North Beacon Streets occupy this site. This house was built in 1902 and demolished in 1962. Thomas Gavin, a contractor, was an acquaintance of Charles Brigham. This house was a combination office and dwelling.
